This Toronto interior renovation project focuses on a modern open-concept kitchen upgrade and a targeted vanity renovation, designed to enhance both functionality and visual continuity throughout the home. Without altering major structural elements, the renovation prioritizes clean lines, efficient layout, and long-term usability. The kitchen features a U-shaped configuration combined with a central island, creating a seamless connection between cooking, dining, and living areas. High-gloss white upper cabinetry was paired with warm wood-tone lower cabinets to balance brightness and depth, while quartz countertops and a full-height backsplash deliver a sleek, low-maintenance finish. Stainless steel appliances and matte black fixtures add subtle contrast, reinforcing a modern and timeless aesthetic. In the bathroom, the renovation scope was limited to the vanity area only. The existing shower and toilet layout were retained, while a custom vanity with wood-grain cabinetry and a white countertop was installed to improve storage and everyday functionality. Neutral finishes were carefully selected to align with the overall interior design. This project highlights how focused upgrades and thoughtful material coordination can significantly elevate a home’s comfort, style, and resale value.
