Renovation Period: 3 Weeks<br /> Project Detail: Kitchen Renovation with new Tiles, Kitchen Cabinets and Countertops.<br /> Cost: $12,000<br /> Homeowner’s Review: We are living in a old style townhose, this time we want to do a renovation for our kitchen. We find RenoCompass through WeChat, So we call them to consult. They refer several renovation company to us at last we choose ForHome Renovation. Their quality are good, crews are professional, answer every question we ask. They can finish most of our request and did a great cleaning job after the renovation. We can accept the price they make cause we think it is reasonable. So we will choose them next time for sure.<br /> RenoCompass did a great job too, they call me right after I find them on WeChat. They figure out what kind of company I need and give me several choice. I will refer RenoCompass to my friends who need to do renovation.

Demolished the original powder room and partition walls to make the living room more spacious. Converted the laundry room by the garage entrance into a powder room with a shower — perfect for seniors or quick rinses. Second Floor: Bathrooms, bathrooms, and more bathrooms! Upgraded from “4 bedrooms and 3 baths” to “4 bedrooms and 4 baths,” giving each bedroom its own ensuite for better privacy and added home value. Converted the hallway space into a new laundry room while keeping the den’s usable area. The owner says this is their favorite upgrade — no more carrying baskets of laundry up and down the stairs! Staircase: The most “magical” change — the staircase was reversed and redesigned as a steel-structure floating staircase from the main floor to the basement, adding openness and modern style. Skylights: Added 3 skylights in the second-floor hallway and primary ensuite, ensuring bright natural light even without turning on the lights during the day. The second-floor den is now the perfect spot to sip coffee and read a book — instant cozy vibes!
