The consultants accompany you to review the quotation and contract to understand the consumption. The decoration funds are safely managed, and the construction company will pay the decoration company in stages, so that you can rest assured that the decoration. 3 Set of renovation plans for free measurement and quotation. Excellent consultant review contract to understand consumption.

Layout Transformation Main Floor: Removed the load-bearing wall between the kitchen and living room to open up the space and extend the island. Demolished the original powder room and partition walls to make the living room more spacious. Converted the laundry room by the garage entrance into a powder room with a shower — perfect for seniors or quick rinses. Second Floor: Bathrooms, bathrooms, and more bathrooms! Upgraded from “4 bedrooms and 3 baths” to “4 bedrooms and 4 baths,” giving each bedroom its own ensuite for better privacy and added home value. Converted the hallway space into a new laundry room while keeping the den’s usable area. The owner says this is their favorite upgrade — no more carrying baskets of laundry up and down the stairs! Staircase: The most “magical” change — the staircase was reversed and redesigned as a steel-structure floating staircase from the main floor to the basement, adding openness and modern style. Skylights: Added 3 skylights in the second-floor hallway and primary ensuite, ensuring bright natural light even without turning on the lights during the day. The second-floor den is now the perfect spot to sip coffee and read a book — instant cozy vibes! Color & Materials Main Palette: Warm natural wood tones with black accents for a modern, minimalist, yet inviting feel. Paint: Benjamin Moore OC-17 White Dove. Tiles: Kitchen and bathrooms upgraded to large-format porcelain tiles with stone textures from Olympia Tile — combining elegance and easy maintenance.

The main interior renovation also includes architectural upgrades such as a curved staircase with custom railings, double-height foyer design, and feature walls that add visual depth while subtly defining space. Custom millwork and integrated storage solutions were incorporated to improve organization without compromising the overall design clarity. The basement renovation focuses on flexibility and comfort, featuring an open multi-purpose layout and a dedicated home theater. Integrated LED lighting, sound-conscious finishes, and a minimal design approach create a cinematic yet functional entertainment space suitable for everyday use. Custom white cabinetry was used throughout the kitchen to maximize storage while maintaining a clean and timeless appearance. The cabinetry layout was carefully planned to balance upper and lower storage, allowing the space to feel open while remaining highly practical. A central island was introduced to serve as a multi-functional area for food preparation, casual dining, and additional workspace, improving circulation and usability within the kitchen. The countertop and backsplash selections emphasize simplicity and durability, creating a cohesive look that is easy to maintain. Built-in appliances and integrated lighting help keep the visual lines clean and uncluttered, while also enhancing day-to-day convenience. Light wood flooring was chosen to add warmth and contrast, preventing the white cabinetry from feeling too sterile.
