This renovation focuses on modern functionality, material balance, and long-term usability. The design combines textured grey tiles with wood-look wall tiles to create visual contrast while maintaining a calm, cohesive tone. A walk-in shower with clear glass enclosure and built-in niche improves daily convenience and storage efficiency. The floating vanity paired with a vessel sink and matte black fixtures enhances clean lines and visual clarity throughout the space. During construction, careful attention was given to waterproofing, drainage slopes, and fixture layout, ensuring durability, comfort, and ease of maintenance for long-term residential use.
