Located in Richmond Hill, this project is a comprehensive interior renovation centered on a modern, clean-lined design approach, covering the living area, staircase transition spaces, and a fully upgraded primary bathroom. From the early planning stage, the project focused on spatial proportions, circulation, and long-term comfort, using a cohesive design language to connect different functional areas seamlessly. The living area features modern detailing combined with integrated lighting design. The custom TV feature wall incorporates built-in storage and material contrast to enhance visual depth while maintaining a calm, uncluttered appearance. A layered lighting strategy—combining indirect ceiling lighting with focused illumination—creates a balanced atmosphere suitable for both everyday living and entertainment. The staircase and transition spaces were designed with glass railings and light-toned steps to enhance openness and visual continuity between floors. The combination of natural light and carefully planned artificial lighting keeps the shared spaces bright and inviting. The bathroom renovation is a key highlight of this project. Designed in a refined modern style, the space includes a freestanding bathtub, frameless glass walk-in shower, and custom double vanity. The contrast between light and dark finishes, paired with linear LED lighting, adds depth while improving functionality. LED mirrors and matte black fixtures introduce a contemporary edge, balancing aesthetics with daily usability. Throughout construction, close attention was paid to detailing and finishing quality to ensure the design intent was fully realized.
