Project Overview

Today, we’re excited to share a basement renovation project located in Vaughan. The layout follows one of the most practical configurations for owner-occupied basements: one bedroom, one bathroom, and one kitchen. For homeowners who work from home, having a dedicated office space in the basement offers both flexibility and privacy—an ideal solution for modern living. This is a walk-out basement, which allows for ample natural light throughout the space. Taking advantage of the brightness, we selected a gray-toned color palette as the main design theme. The kitchen features engineered stone countertops and a matching black-pattern backsplash, adding depth and a sleek, contemporary feel. In the bathroom, a black-and-white color scheme was used to create a clean and modern look. LED mirrors and under-cabinet lighting further enhance the space, giving the bathroom a refined, modern finish while maintaining functionality. Project Location: Vaughan Contractor : Reno Compass Inc.
