Project Overview

This Markham bathroom renovation was designed as a complete master bathroom upgrade, focusing on spatial balance, natural light, and cohesive detailing across multiple functional zones. The layout integrates a freestanding bathtub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a symmetrical double vanity arrangement, allowing each area to function independently while maintaining visual continuity throughout the space. Careful attention was given to circulation and proportion. The bathtub is positioned near large windows to maximize daylight and create a calm focal point, while the shower enclosure is defined with clear glass and refined trim to keep the room feeling open. Custom cabinetry and built-in storage solutions were incorporated to support daily use without disrupting the overall design language. This project reflects a renovation approach that prioritizes layout clarity, material consistency, and long-term usability. Rather than relying on decorative excess, the design emphasizes clean lines, controlled contrast, and practical planning—resulting in a Markham bathroom that feels spacious, well-organized, and intentionally designed for everyday living.
