Project Overview

This project features a modern luxury design focused on spatial clarity, daily comfort, and long-term usability. The goal of the renovation was to create a bright, refined primary bathroom that balances visual elegance with practical functionality. The vanity area is designed with a custom double vanity, providing generous countertop space and efficient storage for everyday use. The floating-style cabinetry helps reduce visual weight, while integrated LED mirrors enhance both task lighting and overall ambiance. Marble-look surfaces were selected to complement the neutral palette and add subtle texture to the space. The shower area features a frameless glass enclosure, allowing light to flow freely and maintaining a clean, open layout. Large-format wall tiles were used to minimize grout lines, improving both aesthetics and ease of maintenance. A freestanding bathtub anchors the bathing zone, paired with a contrasting dark tile feature wall to create visual depth while preserving a calm, modern atmosphere. The overall color scheme combines soft greys, warm whites, and refined gold hardware accents, resulting in a timeless modern luxury look.
