This interior renovation project focused on improving spatial flow, functionality, and long-term livability through a cohesive, modern design approach. The scope of work included upgrades to the kitchen, bathrooms, staircase, storage systems, and interior finishes, creating a unified and well-balanced living environment. The kitchen was redesigned with flat-panel cabinetry, integrated appliances, and a waterfall island that serves as both a functional workspace and a visual anchor. Under-cabinet lighting, stone-look surfaces, and matte black fixtures add contrast while maintaining a clean, timeless aesthetic. Bathrooms were upgraded with large-format tiles, frameless glass showers, and modern fixtures, emphasizing openness, durability, and ease of maintenance. Custom millwork plays a key role throughout the home, from built-in storage and walk-in closets to soft-close drawers and concealed lighting details. The staircase was reimagined with solid wood treads and glass railings to enhance natural light and visual continuity between levels. Wide-plank flooring, minimal interior doors, and flush-mounted floor vents contribute to a seamless and refined finish. Project City: Markham Toronto Contractor: Reno Compass Inc.
