Project Overview

这套basement的面积大约在1700尺左右 之所以称之为多功能地下室 是因为功能真的太太太全啦！ 如果您也想打造一套娱乐为主的地下室，那这一套设计肯定有着很高的参考性。建议大家收藏哦 桌球区,吧台区,健身区,影音室浴室,桑拿,宝宝攀爬,活动区,乒乓球,室客厅 这么多功能 就问还要啥自行车 接下来给大家分享一下施工方面的细节吧！ 灯光：LED射灯全部选择3500K，接近自然光的色温。Track light选用现在比较流行的LED点状轨道灯，可以做到比较集中的点状照明亮度。镶嵌式灯线主要是用在健身房已替代LED射灯照明，增加更多的设计感。（记得镶嵌式灯线都是需要一个单独的变压器哦） 油漆：Benjamin Moore Wolf Gray 2127-40和Benjamin Moore White Wisp OC-54 [中等肤色R]地板：Vidar AMERICAN OAK wheat berry，地板下层装有2x2 Dricore Subfloor Air Plus Panel。地脚线为7寸bevel step 空间格局 儿童空间：把游乐场搬回家”是每个人小时候的梦想吧！小孩子也需要有自己独立活动的空间，在地下室规划设计中就给孩子设计了一片孩子专属的小天地。配有攀爬墙、滑梯、乐高墙、和最重要的玩具储物收纳柜。????影音室：这套私人影院包括高清投影、环绕音响，KTV系统。但值得注意的是，您在做装修前，所有的布线要提前做好。按各级电流大小分开、矩形固定，分别用线卡卡好 健身房：这套健身房我们搭配了超长健身镜子再加上天花内嵌灯带 动感十足 在这样的氛围下 感觉至少可以比平时多撸几个铁[派对R] 卫生间：如果大家的空间有条件 强烈建议装一套桑拿，健完身后 再桑拿房里蒸一蒸 再充个热水澡 想想都很美好！ 吧台和酒柜：吧台主题颜色选用了Egger的walnut配色 中岛用同款的木隔栅来点缀 加上双侧waterfall 满满的高级感！同时我们利用地下室的承重柱的间隙 设计了一套酒柜并内嵌LED灯带！ 参考预算：15-20W
