Project Overview This Richmond Hill bathroom renovation was designed to create a clean, modern, and spa-inspired space that balances aesthetics with everyday functionality. The project focuses on refined material selection, efficient layout planning, and high-quality finishes to enhance both comfort and long-term usability. Design & Material Highlights The bathroom features large-format grey tiles that create visual continuity and a calm atmosphere throughout the space. A frameless glass walk-in shower improves openness while maintaining clear separation between wet and dry zones. The custom wood-textured vanity introduces warmth and contrast, paired with an integrated sink for a seamless, modern look. Sculptural backlit mirrors provide soft ambient lighting and elevate the overall design, while matte black fixtures add subtle contrast and definition. A freestanding bathtub placed under a skylight enhances the spa-like feel and brings natural light into the space. Functionality & Layout Careful attention was given to layout efficiency and daily use. The walk-in shower, vanity, and bathtub are arranged to maximize circulation and visual flow. Storage solutions were thoughtfully integrated to maintain a clean, uncluttered appearance without sacrificing practicality.
