Project Overview

This project is a luxury Montessori daycare renovation completed in late 2021, located in Richmond Hill. The facility, iKids Montessori Academy, spans over 5,000 sq. ft. and represents a carefully planned and executed childcare environment. From site selection and foundation work to exterior construction and final completion, the entire project took nearly two years to complete, reflecting a high level of dedication and attention to detail throughout every stage. The owner was deeply involved in the process, personally overseeing planning, design, and construction to ensure the best possible environment for children after the daycare’s opening. The overall design features bright, clean color palettes combined with natural wood slat elements, creating an energetic yet warm atmosphere suitable for early childhood education. Material selections include: Paint: Benjamin Moore Flooring: InHaus Tiles: Centura Tile The daycare also includes an over 2,000 sq. ft. outdoor play area, fully finished with soft-surface flooring to enhance safety during outdoor activities.
